We'd like to think that we obtain referrals because the people who make them are happy with our recruitment service.

If a candidate or client introduces us to someone we succeed in placing, that person receives a "Thank You" payment of 500 pounds or the Euro equivalent, in addition to our eternal gratitude (which is of course beyond value).

The fine print

• Payments are only made upon once any rebate period agreed with our client has successfully elapsed
• The person referred must not already be in touch with us or on our database
• For contract placements the payment may be lower, dependant upon length of contract
